His Key Academic Contributions & Publications ; (1) Development of Regional Planning Capacity in Integrated Coastal Area Management on the East Coast of North Sumatra Province (Doctoral Dissertation); (2) Analysis of Weaknesses of Coastal Community Economy Empowerment Program (PEMP) and National Program of Community Empowerment of Independent Marine and Fisheries (PNPM-MKP) on Traditional Fishermen in Indonesia (MPRA, 2018) ; (3) Local Knowledge of North Sumatera Coastal Communities on Sustainable Mangroves Identification and Types (Journal of Southwest Jiaotong University, 2020) ; (4) Sustainable Coastal Natural Resources Utilisation Model: Case Study of Sei Nagalawan Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatera Province (PJAEE, 2020) ; (5) Behaviour Model of Community-Based Sanitation Management in Coastal Areas: Confirmatory Factor Analysis (Heliyon, 2022).

Her BSc in Forestry with final thesis GIS Study for manggrove forest management. She finished MSc- Geo Information Science and Earth Observation  at University of Twente- Netherlands and PhD in Forestry. In case of researches relevant with coastal ecosystem such as
Change on Surface Temperature Variations in Cities, The Use of Spatial Technology for Carbon Stock Estimation in City Parks, Mapping of Coastal Areas for Sustainable Ecotourism Management,  Analysis of Changes in Vegetation Cover of  Beach using Remote Sensing Technology and Geographic Information System, Modeling of Greenbelt to Reduce Tsunami Hazards at  Coastal Area and Many other publications.

MSc in Natural Resourses Management with more over 40 years working & activism  for Environmental & Forest,  Indigenous Rights Issues. He was elected as an Ashoka Fellow for his work in building networks of activists to combat illegal logging. He has written critical analyses on environmental disasters and illegal logging in Sumatra. Indigenous Rights: He has advocated for the protection of indigenous customary rights (tanah ulayat) and spatial/environmental justice, most notably speaking out on behalf of customary communities affected by large-scale developments like the Rempang Eco-City project. Publications: He has contributed to publications for the Forest Watch Indonesia and is a known essayist addressing the intersections of culture, NGOs, and the environmen

He is BSc in Agriculture, with 5 years experience in Poor Children Advocacy Issues in Indonesian NGO and also experiences 10 years for forest rehabilitation projects ( Goverments). He also ever worked for Officer and Manager position at Indonesian Company ( Logistic Trucking) for 5 years and then Since 2014 until now- He created and operating 2 companies, such as Transportation Bussines Company and Logistic Transportation Company as Founder and CEO.

She is medical doctor with Master amd  Doctoral Grade for Lung and Respiratory. Her experiences on TB Desease Issues as project manager at Indonesian NGO that funded by FIDELIS (Fund for Innovative DOTS Expansion Through Local Initiatives to Stop TB. She ever active as advisor for organic farming ( medicinal plants atau herbs) project for 3 year. Currently she actively as Lectures in Faculty of Medical and Pulmonologist in Indonesia.

He graduated BSc Civil Engeneering and 15 years experience on green construction issues and then active in democracy sector since 2010 and elected as Commisioners  for 10 years as Indonesia’s independent election commission. He dedicate his lives for democracy and environmental until now.
